: partitions, ceilings, flooring, finishes, joinery, MEP coordination, and handover stages.
Monitor progress on-site and evaluate actual vs. planned timelines, identifying risks or delays.
Generate
look-ahead schedules
,
progress reports
,
S-curves
, and
manpower histograms
.
Coordinate closely with
site engineers
,
subcontractors
,
design teams
, and
procurement
to ensure smooth workflow.
Perform
critical path analysis (CPA)
and recommend corrective actions for schedule recovery.
Assist in the preparation and substantiation of
EOT (Extension of Time)
claims and
delay analysis
.
Attend project meetings and provide technical input related to scheduling and planning.
Support project control functions: budgeting, forecasting, and cost-to-complete reports.
Maintain updated records, logs, and reports related to planning and scheduling.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering
,
Architecture
, or a related field.
Experience:
2 years experience in
interior fit-out
projects.
