Job Summary:

Fitout Bureau Interiors is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Planning Engineer

to support the planning and execution of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in

Primavera P6

or equivalent project planning software, with strong analytical skills and the ability to align project timelines with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules using

Primavera P6

, MS Project, or similar tools. Monitor project timelines, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams to ensure schedule adherence. Prepare baseline programs, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans as required. Track project milestones, deliverables, and resources to ensure smooth execution. Generate regular reports on project progress, forecasts, and critical path analysis for management. Conduct delay analysis and contribute to claims or extension of time (EOT) submissions when necessary. Assist in resource planning, cost loading, and risk management activities. Support tender planning and time schedules during the bidding process.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum

4-6 years

of UAE experience in the fit-out or construction industry. Proficient in

Primavera P6

is a

must

; knowledge of MS Project and Excel is a plus. Strong understanding of project lifecycle, planning methodologies, and construction processes. Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver under tight timelines. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
