What You'll Do

• Review and validate contractors' baseline schedules in alignment with contract terms and Parsons planning practices
• Develop integrated master schedules across multiple project packages and monitor interdependencies
• Conduct progress tracking, delay identification, and propose corrective actions for slippages
• Perform "what-if" scenario planning and time impact analyses for change events and variation orders
• Lead the preparation of detailed monthly and milestone progress reports
• Evaluate claims for extension of time or disruption using advanced delay analysis techniques
• Coordinate with contractors and client teams to finalize and optimize project schedules
• Attend project meetings, track issues via logs and trackers, and ensure timely resolution
• Issue formal notices for delays and maintain detailed, contemporaneous records
• Support program controls and KPI tracking in line with contract delivery standards

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management
• Minimum 10 years of planning and scheduling experience in infrastructure, utilities, roads, or landscaping
• Strong command of Primavera P6 and proven track record in managing complex project schedules
• Experience in community development projects within the UAE or Gulf region preferred
• Skilled in delay analysis, time impact methodology, and resolution of contractor claims
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Familiar with UAE construction authority processes and industry best practices
