What You'll Do

• Coordinate BIM workflows for infrastructure projects including roads, grading, utilities, and stormwater systems
• Manage Civil 3D models, corridor designs, subassemblies, and pipe networks
• Customize assemblies and templates to meet specific project needs and local authority standards
• Enforce BIM Execution Plans (BEP) aligned with ISO 19650 and client specifications
• Facilitate clash detection using Navisworks and lead resolution efforts across design disciplines
• Ensure modeling accuracy, adherence to coordinate systems, and multidisciplinary alignment
• Prepare and update Task Information Delivery Plans (TIDP) and Master Information Delivery Plans (MIDP)
• Support QA/QC on BIM deliverables and participate in audits and model reviews
• Collaborate with engineering, GIS, and CAD teams to streamline model production and data integrity

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in BIM coordination for infrastructure projects
• Advanced skills in Autodesk Civil 3D, including corridor modeling, surfaces, grading, and utilities
• Working knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and BIM Level of Development (LOD)
• Proficiency with Navisworks for clash detection and design coordination
• Familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDEs) such as Autodesk Construction Cloud or ProjectWise
• Strong organizational and documentation skills for BIM planning and data management
