Job Description
We are looking for a Planning Coordinator for one of our clients.
Skills:
- Strong Advance skill of Microsoft Office Excel.
- Strong numeric and mathematical sense.
- Process oriented & have excellent problem solving & analytical skills.
- Innovative, sense of planning, monitoring, forecasting.
- Enable to communicate with multinational customers and group companies.
- Be flexible and able to accomplish temporary assignment from management.
Job Requirements:
- Will join “Sales Marketing team” to manage planning tasks.(Approximately 0.5
- Manage monthly demand forecast &Place order to supplier, Monitor and control
- Liaison with supplier and Sales department. Corporate with logistic department
- Monitor customer sales& forecast trend, set-up, maintain, review date and
- Make yearly procurement plan based on the sales trend, forecast and sales plan
- Manage special product project, provide immediate price, order, delivery,
- Ensure reliable forecast, planning date by validating the sales, stock history and by maintaining master date.
- Will join other teams for other job tasks (Logistic team) as another 0.5 work force based on company situation and management request.
