Job Overview
Al-Futtaim Group is seeking a Planning and Merchandising Analyst to support our supply chain and retail operations in Dubai. The role involves assisting the planning team by analyzing KPIs, managing inventory levels, minimizing replenishment errors, and supporting the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to enhance stock efficiency and optimize business performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess and create store additional orders based on release strategies.
- Analyze gaps in master data, including source of supply, min/max tables, replenishment units, and lead times.
- Support planners by optimizing JDA/auto-replenishment orders and monthly S&OP cycles.
- Develop and deliver stock performance reports, KPIs, and weekly trade packs.
- Monitor monthly aging stock levels and support clearance, transfers, and promotional activities.
- Follow up daily on purchase orders and minimize delays impacting replenishment.
- Participate in planning meetings with stakeholders and assist in harmonizing supply chain improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: 3-5 years in planning, merchandising, or supply chain analysis, preferably within the retail sector.
- Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERP systems (preferably SAP).
- Knowledge of JDA/auto-replenishment systems and statistical modeling tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Tableau or similar analytics tools is an advantage.
- Ability to manage complexity and work within a matrix environment.
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
