Position Overview
Inventory MIS Analyst role in Dubai supporting retail inventory operations for Sharaf DG. This position focuses on inventory reporting, data reconciliation, KPI tracking, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy, visibility, and operational efficiency across systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory MIS reports including stock ageing, stock availability, stock movement, and inventory discrepancies
• Track and reconcile goods in transit, stock adjustments, and bin transfers
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate inventory data flow
• Monitor inventory KPIs such as inventory turnover, stock accuracy, and fill rate, and share actionable insights with stakeholders
• Assist in preparation and execution of periodic and annual physical inventory counts
• Identify, analyze, and highlight inventory variances or system-related issues for timely resolution
• Ensure data consistency and accuracy between SAP systems and Excel-based dashboards
• Support internal and external audits by providing required inventory documentation
• Work closely with BI and analytics teams to improve dashboards, reporting accuracy, and automation

Ideal Profile

• One to three years of relevant experience, preferably in a retail or multi-location inventory environment
• Graduate qualification in business, commerce, supply chain, or a related field
• Exposure to inventory systems and reporting tools
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

Skills Set

• Advanced MS Excel skills for reporting and data analysis
• Inventory MIS reporting and reconciliation
• Numerical and analytical skills
• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• System and software proficiency, preferably SAP
