We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced

Planner - Construction

to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in project planning, scheduling, and coordination across various high-profile developments, particularly in residential, hotel, and high/medium-rise building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project Define work breakdown structures (WBS), dependencies, and project milestones Monitor project progress, identify delays, and develop recovery plans Prepare and present progress reports, including Gantt charts, S-curves, and forecasts Coordinate with project teams, site engineers, and consultants to ensure timelines are met Manage resource planning and integration with cost control Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory project deadlines Maintain accurate documentation of schedules, updates, and changes

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years

of total experience in construction project planning At least

5 years of UAE experience,

specifically on residential, hotel, or high/medium-rise developments Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

, Construction Management, or a related discipline Strong understanding of construction sequencing, planning methodologies, and local building regulations Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
