Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Planner to join our construction management team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in planning and scheduling large-scale construction projects across various sectors, including commercial, infrastructure, and industrial developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure alignment of the project plan with execution strategies. Analyze and report on project performance, identify risks and deviations, and recommend corrective actions. Prepare time impact analysis for variations, claims, and delays. Support tender planning and provide input for project proposals and bid submissions. Ensure compliance with project timelines, contractual obligations, and quality standards. Lead planning efforts on multiple projects simultaneously and mentor junior planners as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in construction planning, including at least 5 years in a senior or lead planning role. Strong command of planning software tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel). Solid understanding of construction methodologies, critical path analysis, and project controls. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Experience with delay analysis and extension of time (EOT) claims is preferred.
