Job Description

We're hiring an experienced Project Planner to join our growing construction delivery team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in planning software like Primavera P6 and the ability to coordinate timelines across engineering, site, and subcontractor teams.

This is an urgent position, and we're looking for someone who can join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project Coordinate with PMs, engineers, and subcontractors to gather schedule input Monitor progress and flag delays, risks, and deviations Conduct critical path analysis and propose corrective actions Create look-ahead schedules and regular reporting for internal and client teams Conduct site visits to verify schedule alignment Support resource planning and allocation Assist with claims and delay analysis if needed
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Minimum 3 years of planning experience in construction Proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory) and MS Project Strong understanding of sequencing, progress tracking, and construction site dynamics UAE-based candidates preferred Must be available to join immediately

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
