Job Description
- To Plan For The Stock Spares Parts,
- To Prepare Costing for Equipment Services of Other ATG Commodity’s.
- To Plan For The Future Aspects Of Improvements.
- To Prepare Cost Reports.
- To Record Breakdown Causes and Preventive Measures.
- To Prepare Equipment History.
- To Prepare Month End Report
- To Close Job Requests Made by Foremen By Entering Complete Data In Sap
- To Prepare Employees Monthly Schedule
- To Make Daily Time Sheets of Employees
- Validation Performance of Subordinates
- Authorize to Issue Spare Parts from The Store
- Authorize to Make Material Purchase Request (Mpr)
- Authorize to Make Job Order
- To Understand and Follow the Organizational HS&E Policies.
- To Follow Safety Instructions Related to Their Jobs.
- To Report Damaged PPE, Unsafe Machines or Equipment to Concerned Staff.
- To Keep the Provided PPEs In Good, Workable Conditions.
- To Avoid Any Horseplay and Abuse of Safety Devices, Equipment and Welfare Facilities.
- To Report Any Accidents, Near Misses or Hazardous Conditions To Concerned Responsible.
- To Attend Safety Trainings Planned for Them.
- Having A Right To Say “NO” To Any Unsafe Work
- Also responsible to support/help for other mechanical/Electrical jobs ,
- Miscellaneous Jobs, Housekeeping / Cleaning as per shift requirement.
- Understanding of basic mechanical elements
- Good communication skill
- Speak English well
- Should be able to read mechanical drawings.
