Develop, maintain, and enhance e-commerce platforms using PHP and Laravel framework.
Integrate and manage multiple payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, etc.) to ensure secure and reliable transactions.
Work on e-commerce functionalities, including shopping carts, checkout processes, inventory management, and customer experience enhancements.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Optimize application performance and scalability, ensuring fast loading times and smooth user experience.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Implement and maintain best practices in coding, testing, and deployment processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Monitor and implement security measures to protect sensitive customer data.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in web development, e-commerce, and payment processing.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a PHP/Laravel Developer with a focus on e-commerce and payment gateway integration.
Strong proficiency in PHP, Laravel, and related frameworks.
Experience with payment gateway integrations (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay) and a deep understanding of payment flow, security, and compliance (PCI-DSS).
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and third-party service integrations.
Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Vue.js or React is a plus.
Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL), and database design principles.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce, Magento, or custom-built solutions.
Knowledge of secure coding practices and understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience in deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
