Job Title: Head of Sales - Merchant Acquiring (UAE)

We are seeking a high-performing, target-driven Head of Sales to lead our Merchant Acquiring business across the UAE. This role demands an aggressive growth mindset, a proven ability to lead sales teams to exceed acquisition targets, and strong portfolio management skills to drive transaction volumes and merchant retention. You will be responsible for end-to-end performance -- from acquisition to activation to revenue maximization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Growth & Sales Target Ownership
Take full ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across POS, QR, SoftPOS, and Payment Gateway solutions.
Deliver high-volume merchant acquisition, activation, and retention KPIs across SME and mid-market segments.
Consistently achieve double-digit growth in TPV (Total Payment Volume) and net active merchant base.
2. Sales Team Leadership
Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team of field sales executives, telesales reps, and team leaders.
Run a tight performance management structure with daily check-ins, funnel reviews, and field productivity metrics.
Instill a results-first sales culture with a focus on speed, numbers, and accountability.
