We are seeking a motivated and persuasive individual to join our team as a

Payment Gateway Specialist

. In this role, you will connect with potential users, build rapport, explain the benefits of our services, and encourage them to provide their verified bank details. Once these accounts are utilized through our platform, customers receive commissions as part of our reward system.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate and manage outreach campaigns to identify and engage potential users. Clearly communicate the advantages of sharing account details. Encourage users to securely and willingly provide their account information. Ensure all user data is collected and handled ethically and in full compliance with data privacy regulations. Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to increase account activation rates. Track, analyze, and report on sourcing performance and conversion metrics. Collaborate with internal support teams to resolve any onboarding or KYC-related issues.

Requirements:

Strong communication and persuasion skills in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language.(Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil or Telugu) Experience in financial sales, field marketing, telecalling, or customer acquisition is preferred. Confidence in approaching and engaging with new people. Basic understanding of banking processes and commission-based earning models. High level of integrity and commitment to secure handling of customer data. Self-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in fintech, banking, or affiliate marketing. Access to a network or database of potential customers who can be onboarded.
