Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and dynamic individual to join our team as a

Photographer, Videographer & Social Media Handler

. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong eye for visual storytelling, a passion for interior design, and experience managing premium brand presence across social platforms. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality content of our projects and executing engaging social media strategies to grow our digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

Photography & Videography:

Plan, shoot, and edit professional-quality photos and videos of completed joinery/interior fit-out projects, behind-the-scenes processes, workshops, and client testimonials. Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all visual content. Manage lighting, staging, and composition during shoots, especially for luxury interiors and furniture settings. Create reels, stories, timelapses, and walkthroughs optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Archive and catalogue all media for future use and campaigns.

Social Media Management:

Develop and execute content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. Write engaging, on-brand captions, use targeted hashtags (e.g., #dubaihomedecor #fitoutdubai), and optimize post timing. Monitor engagement, respond to messages and comments, and report insights on audience growth and performance. Coordinate with the marketing team on paid promotions, collaborations, influencer tie-ups, and giveaways. Stay updated with social media trends and recommend innovative ideas to boost engagement and visibility.

Requirements:

Proven experience in photography and videography (portfolio required). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, After Effects). Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithm behavior. Ability to work independently on shoots and editing projects from start to finish. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Good communication and written English for captioning and engagement. A passion for interior design, architecture, or lifestyle content is a

big plus

. Knowledge of social media tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite) is a bonus. Valid UAE driving license is preferred (for site visits).
