Role Overview:
A Pharmacist Student Trainee is a pharmacy student undergoing practical training within a clinical or retail pharmacy setting. This role is a supervised, hands-on learning experience designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world pharmacy practice under the direct guidance of a licensed preceptor pharmacist.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assisted Dispensing: Under direct supervision, assist in the dispensing process, including data entry, prescription labeling, and product preparation.
• Inventory Support: Help with receiving, stocking, and organizing pharmacy inventory while learning about drug storage requirements.
• Patient Interaction: Shadow the pharmacist during patient consultations to learn effective communication and counseling techniques.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform clerical duties such as answering phones, managing paperwork, and processing insurance claims to understand the operational aspects of a pharmacy.
• Clinical Learning: Participate in medication therapy management discussions, research drug information, and apply therapeutic knowledge to real patient cases.
• Compliance: Learn and adhere to all pharmacy laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Required Qualifications:
