Job Overview:
The Call Centre Agent is responsible for delivering high quality customer service through inbound and outbound communication channels including phone, email, live chat and digital platforms. The role supports insured members, healthcare providers and partners by providing accurate information regarding health insurance coverage, claims, benefits, network providers and policy procedures.
The agent ensures customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and strict compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service and Call Handling
Answering customer inquiries and needs related to medical insurance.
Skills and Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Paramedical or related field.
1-2 years of call centre experience ideally in health insurance or healthcare.
Experience in customer service or insurance operations is an advantage.
Arabic speaker is a plus.

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
