Pharmaceutical Business Partner Manager
Tasks
Responsible for sales and profit for the assigned regions/countries/business partners.
Plan and coordinate sales and market access activities for the respective countries and partners - in close coordination with the GMA.
Implement and coordinate the annual 5-year sales and revenue planning with final coordination with the Regional Head.
Initiate and implement new product launches with Brand Management.
Coordinate and execute international pricing policies, including pricing and reimbursement applications to the authorities for the respective countries - in close coordination with the GPMA.
Prepare market and country analyses for sales development and new sales potential.
Develop markets: Search for cooperation partners in the respective countries and take decision in final coordination with the Regional Head.
Conduct cooperation and contract negotiations and further develop distribution agreements for both new and existing customers.
Support in the acquisition of new customers.
Ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
Regional development of the company portfolio in close coordination with the BD Lead.
Profile
bachelor in pharmacy or comparable with additional Master's degree in natural sciences, economics, or comparable is preferable
At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in sales and business development in a B2B environment in an international context
Experience in contract negotiations
Ideally, contacts in the relevant market
Confident in contact with clients, presentations, and negotiations
Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and negotiation skills
Fluent Arabic and English
Prepared to travel
