Key Responsibilities
Act as the main
HR Business Partner
for assigned client organizations
Lead the full
HR lifecycle
and ensure seamless execution of all HR processes
Provide strategic HR advisory to client leadership teams
Support
organizational development
, workforce planning, and restructuring projects
Lead
, engagement, and change management initiatives
Deliver
HR analytics
and data-driven HR insights
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
Coach and mentor junior HR specialists
Collaborate with consulting teams to deliver integrated HR solutions
Qualifications & Requirements
8-12 years
of solid HR Generalist / HRBP experience
Strong background in
Organizational Development
and restructuring
Experience supporting clients or project-based HR assignments
HR Diploma or HR Certification (CIPD/SHRM is a plus)
Deep understanding of KPIs, competencies, job analysis, and performance systems
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
Preferably based in
Sheikh Zayed / 6th of October City
Fluent English; experience with international teams is a plus
