Key Responsibilities

Lead and Manage the Sales Team:

Oversee a team of real estate agents, providing mentorship, setting sales targets, and driving performance to achieve revenue growth.

Business Growth Strategy:

Develop and implement effective growth strategies, marketing plans, and sales initiatives to expand our market presence and increase profitability.

Portfolio Acquisition & Management:

Acquire and manage extensive

residential and commercial property portfolios

, ensuring a robust pipeline of listings. Leverage your network and market knowledge to secure high-value properties and investment opportunities.

New Listings & Client Acquisition:

Proactively bring in new property listings by building relationships with property owners and developers. Attract and engage investors and clients through networking, presentations, and delivering exceptional service.

Client Relationship Management:

Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and investors. Provide expert advice on property investments, market trends, and portfolio growth to build trust and repeat business.

Market Analysis & Compliance:

Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and competition. Ensure all transactions and operations comply with

RERA regulations

and the highest ethical standards.

Collaborative Leadership:

Work closely with company directors to shape business direction. Contribute to key decisions on expansion, recruitment, and partnerships, acting as a core member of the leadership team.
Candidate Requirements

Experience:

Minimum

5+ years of experience in the Dubai real estate market

(UAE). Deep understanding of the local property landscape and client/investor dynamics is essential.

Certification:

RERA certified

(holding a current Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Agency certification to practice).

Track Record:

Proven success in

managing sales teams

and achieving strong sales growth. Demonstrated ability to lead teams to meet and exceed targets in a competitive market.

Business Development:

Strong experience in formulating and executing

business growth strategies

. Ability to identify new market opportunities, launch initiatives, and drive business expansion.

Portfolio Management:

Hands-on experience in acquiring and managing both

residential and commercial property portfolios

. Comfortable dealing with high-value listings and diverse property types.

Client Acquisition:

Proven ability to bring in new listings

and attract investors/clients. A substantial network of contacts in the real estate industry and investor community is highly desirable.

Leadership Skills:

Exceptional

leadership and team management

skills. Able to inspire, coach, and develop a sales team. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities at a strategic level.

Negotiation & Communication:

Excellent

negotiation, sales, and communication skills

. Adept at closing deals and handling high-stakes negotiations with clients and partners.

Language:
