Create service contracts that detail the type of pest, the area to be treated, the proposed remedy, and pricing.
Closing sales:
Obtain customer consent, finalize contracts, and schedule the service to begin.
Product knowledge:
Maintain knowledge of various pests, effective treatment methods, and all relevant safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications and skills
Strong sales and customer service skills.
Ability to conduct thorough inspections and assessments.
Knowledge of integrated pest management (IPM) principles is beneficial.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of safety and environmental regulations
