Job Summary:
Affordable is seeking a results-oriented
Pest Control Sales Manager
to drive business growth in Dubai. This role involves leading a sales team, developing strategic partnerships, acquiring new clients, and promoting our pest control services to key sectors including real estate, hospitality, facilities management, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the pest control sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies focused on expanding Affordable's pest control services in Dubai and other Emirates.
Identify and approach new business opportunities, including residential communities, hotels, malls, and commercial buildings.
Work closely with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery to clients.
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis for senior management.
Ensure all proposals and contracts comply with Dubai Municipality regulations and internal standards.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote Affordable's pest control offerings.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pest control or FM sales in the UAE, preferably in a managerial capacity.
Strong network of contacts in Dubai's real estate, property management, and commercial sectors.
Knowledge of Dubai Municipality pest control guidelines and compliance standards.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
Valid UAE driver's license preferred.
