Key Responsibilities of a Pest Control Sales Executive1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
Identify and target potential customers (residential, commercial, industrial).
Cold calling, door-to-door visits, and networking to generate leads.
Attend industry events or local business meetings to promote services.
2. Client Consultation & Site Inspection
Visit customer premises to assess pest problems.
Understand customer needs and explain available pest control services.
Provide technical advice based on the inspection findings.
3. Proposal & Quotation Preparation
Prepare and present customized service proposals and quotations.
Clearly explain pricing, service packages, and treatment processes.
Negotiate contract terms and close sales effectively.
4. Relationship Management
Maintain relationships with existing customers for renewals and upselling.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-up needs.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and build long-term loyalty.
5. Coordination with Operations Team
Communicate client requirements to the service/technical team.
Ensure timely delivery of services as per client expectations.
Follow up on service completion and feedback.
6. Sales Reporting & Targets
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Submit regular reports to management on sales performance.
7. Product & Market Knowledge
Stay updated on pest control products, techniques, and regulations.
Understand competitors' offerings and differentiate your services effectively.
Educate customers on prevention and maintenance strategies.
