Job Description

We are hiring Personnel Manager Planning, coordinating, and controlling of a network of organization and facilitating work pertaining to recruitment, selection, utilization, development of human resources. Manage all employees of organization. Prepare, direct and coordinate methods pertinent to staff and faculty personnel matters. Head responsibility to execute entire personnel related activities to manage positive employee relations atmosphere. Provide orientation to new team members, convey and administer all compensation plus benefit programs. Update and maintain all HR records appropriately. Convey HR policies, methods and related activities along with follow up and respond to Team Member issues. Maintain active Team Member Communication Center. Oversee organization's personnel clerical staff. Ensure to promote productive administrative functions. Handle all issues and problems associated with organizational personnel. Ensure entire contracts and paperwork are completed as well as returned correctly and on time. Address the hiring and compensation of a company's employees Discusses the problems with employees related to career, health, family, finance, social life and try to solve their problems and offer advice on how to overcome them. Initiating policies and formulating them Assists management in creating policies pertaining to personnel management, salary administration, welfare activities, transfers, working environment, records, and appraisals. Supervising the development of internal training programs for new employees to get familiar with policies and procedures. Managing tasks related to the personnel for the employees, this includes attendance, circulars, salaries, vacations, performance appraisal, incentives, awards, warning letters Provide orientation to newly hired employees on the rules and regulations, vision and mission of the company and complete job details. Compile compensation and benefits of the employee, evaluate employee progress and give disciplinary actions. Review the performances of the employees in order to determine their strength and weaknesses. Provide human resources support, regularly optimize the organization, and be responsible for recruitment, training, performance appraisal, salary, employee relations, etc. Responsible for the implementation and optimization of the company's human resources system, process, and system, and improve the efficiency of human resources operation; Responsible for the development of company recruitment platform and personnel contract management; Continuous optimization, tracking and feedback of the performance system according to department and business needs. Implement and promote the company's performance appraisal policy, propose incentive plans and specific implementation methods Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs. Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions. Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors. Develops and maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management. Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource Saudi Arabia requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings. Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Determining wages and salaries. Skills: Good Communication, Organizational, Decision-making Skills. Training and developmental Skills Leadership Skills Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint). Languages: English, Arabic ( Speak, Read , Write) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration and human resource management or equivalent A minimum of Eight years of Middle East experience in the same position ERP HR experiences of at least 4 years Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ?6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
