About the Role:
The Divisional Personnel Manager will be responsible to ensure that all personnel activities carried out within the Operations Division meet in accordance with Group Personnel Policies, Procedures and with relevant local regulations by providing all Personnel and Administrative support to Divisional H.R. Manager (Manufacturing) with regard to Personnel department activities. Requirement :
Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below: Bachelor's degree in, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
At least 5 years with similar capacity, carrying out all personnel departmental activities in a large-scale organization
Ability to comprehend, interprets, communicates, and applies variety of HR policies and procedures with clarity and accuracy.
A demonstrated commitment to the customer service
Self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with a strong work ethic
Ability to manage changing workloads and to provide direction, support, motivation, and training to staff i a team environment.
Organizational skills sufficient to prioritize work for timely and accurate completion.
Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law
Worked in a multi-cultural environment
Strong inter-personal skill.
