Job Description
Job Title: Personal Manager Location: UAE, preferably Dubai. we are seeking a highly skilled and discreet Personal Manager to provide comprehensive support to the client. Key Responsibilities: As a Personal Manager, you will be responsible for: Financial Management: Overseeing the client\'s finances, including budgeting, investments, and financial planning. Portfolio Management: Managing the client\'s investment portfolio and making informed decisions to maximize returns while minimizing risks. Research and Decision-Making: Conducting research on various topics to provide informed recommendations. Proficiency in market research, including the ability to analyze market trends and make informed decisions. Travel Arrangements: Coordinating all aspects of the client\'s travel, including visa applications, itinerary planning, and reservations. Schedule Management: Organizing the client\'s schedule, making appointments, and ensuring efficient use of time. Confidentiality: Maintaining strict confidentiality of all client information. Problem Solving: Assisting the client in resolving various personal and professional issues. Liaison: Coordinating with other professionals, such as lawyers, accountants, and real estate agents. Long-Term Planning: Assisting with long-term planning, such as retirement and estate planning etc. And many more. Qualifications:
- Strong background in finance, banking.
- Proven experience in portfolio management and investment strategies.
- A well-documented and unrestricted travel history, with the ability to apply for visas to various countries without limitations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Proficient in research and decision-making.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
