. Meet individual and store sales targets by gaining repeat business . Building a base of loyal & repeat customers . Increase the Average Transaction Value and Basket size . Setting and Delivering the highest level of customer service standard for sales . Providing a shopping experience which is easy, productive and inspiring . Provide expert product knowledge . Make recommendations (Suggestive selling and upselling) based on insight on customer needs . Take excellent care of the customers by satisfying each customer's needs, exceeding their expectations, and giving each customer a lot of attention, getting to know their likes and dislikes and making every shopping visit a pleasant and satisfying experience . Show initiative to meet customers' needs
