Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads through field sales, cold calling, and referrals

Explain personal loan eligibility, interest rates, and documentation to customers

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of leads

Maintain accurate records of all loan applications and client interactions

Job Requirements:

0 to 6 months of experience in personal loan sales (UAE market)

Knowledge of UAE banking regulations and loan products

Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Must be target-oriented, self-motivated, and presentable

Immediate joiners preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: Up to AED 5,000 per month

Commission: Uncapped earnings on every sale
