Job Description
Overview
Provide personalized care tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences.
Assist clients with daily activities, including hygiene, dressing, meal preparation and feeding, hydration, and medication reminders.
Engage clients in communication, leisure, and social activities, and accompany them to medical appointments when needed.
Ensure the client's safety, comfort, and well-being in their home environment.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
Monitor the client's health and promptly report any changes or emergencies to the appropriate medical personnel.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in personal care is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Responsible, patient, and empathetic approach.
Ability to work independently and handle situations effectively.
