Note: The company operates with a small team (maximum 6 employees), so the Personal Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily administrative and office support tasks
Manage calls, messages, and emails
in Russian and English
Organize and maintain files, contracts, invoices, and documents
Follow up with clients regarding contracts, paperwork, and basic coordination
Coordinate internally with Design, Marketing, and Sales teams
Prepare basic reports and presentations when required
Manage office supplies, vendors, and office requirements
Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups
Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and organization at all times
Job Requirements
Female candidates only
Fluency in
Russian & English (spoken and written) - Mandatory
Arabic is a plus
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
as a Personal Assistant, Secretary, or Administrative Assistant
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently
Good command of
Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
Professional communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in a
Media, Advertising, or Marketing Agency
is an advantage
Working Hours
Monday - Friday:
8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Saturday:
8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Sunday:
OFF

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
