Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated

Telesales Representative (Arabic Speaker)

to join our real estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, presenting property listings, and generating leads and appointments for our sales team. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote real estate listings and services Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team Build and maintain a database of client contacts in CRM systems Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and referrals Explain property features, pricing, and investment potential Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and conversion targets Provide regular reports on call activity and results

Requirements:

Fluent in

Arabic

and

English

(spoken and written)

Female

Real Estate experience only

Previous experience in telesales or customer service, preferably in real estate or a similar field Excellent communication and persuasion skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Familiarity with CRM software is a plus Residing in Dubai with valid work eligibility
