Key Responsibilities
Provide full administrative and personal support to the Chairman & CEO
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
Assist with personal and business-related tasks as required
Represent the executive office in a polished and professional manner
Adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, including extended hours when needed

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred (but not mandatory)
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office and basic office systems
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
