to provide direct support to the Chairman, handling both professional and personal matters with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Chairman's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in Arabic and English.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
Assist with personal tasks and errands as required.
Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Ensure effective time management and prioritize tasks on behalf of the Chairman.
Requirements:
Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and trustworthiness.
Flexibility to work beyond regular office hours when needed.
Previous experience supporting a Chairman, CEO, or Senior Executive is preferred.
