: Performance Marketing Specialist for Dubai
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to accelerate online sales across our e-commerce platforms. You will plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads, working closely with our e-commerce and creative teams to boost traffic, improve ROAS, reduce CPA, and maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Execution
Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Search & Shopping, Meta (FB/IG), TikTok, and Snapchat.
Manage daily budgets, bids, pacing, and optimizations to achieve high ROI and low CAC.
Performance & Analytics
Track key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CVR).
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Analyze user behaviour and conversion paths using GA4, Tag Manager, UTM tracking.
E-Commerce Growth
Improve website conversion rate via A/B testing and CRO practices.
Coordinate with design/content teams for creatives and landing pages.
Conduct keyword research to optimize ads and product listings.
Retargeting & Automation
Build remarketing funnels (cart abandonment, repeat purchase, upsell).
Implement automated email flows to improve retention and lifetime value.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Align campaigns with promotions, launches, and seasonal events.
Partner with sales/product teams to drive revenue objectives.
Requirements
2-4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience for e-commerce.
Proven history of scaling paid campaigns with strong ROAS.
Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok/Snapchat Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console.
Strong analytical and CRO skills (landing page optimization, funnels, A/B testing).
Bonus: Experience in beauty/luxury/perfume category & Google Merchant Center/product feed setup.
KPIs
Website sales revenue growth (3 e-commerce sites).
Improved ROAS & reduced CPA.
Higher conversion and repeat-customer rates.
