campaigns
Understand platform-specific creatives, formats, and audience behavior
Test and scale winning creatives across platforms
Support diversification of paid traffic beyond Meta & Google
Tracking, Analytics & Optimization
Ensure correct tracking via:
Meta Pixel & CAPI
Google Ads conversion tracking
Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
Monitor and improve:
ROAS, CPA, CTR, AOV, conversion rate
Identify funnel issues and collaborate with the team on CRO improvements
Reporting & Collaboration
Prepare
weekly and monthly performance reports
Share insights, testing results, and scaling plans with management
Work closely with:
Creative team (ads & videos)
Web / CRO team
SEO & content team
Required Skills & Experience
2-5 years of experience
in eCommerce performance marketing
Strong hands-on expertise in:
Meta Ads Manager
Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax)
Working knowledge of:
TikTok Ads
Snapchat Ads
Experience managing
high ad spend budgets (AED 200K+)
Strong analytical mindset and understanding of performance metrics
Experience with DTC or eCommerce brands is mandatory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
