As a Performance Marketing Manager (Media Buyer) at InvestMenter Real Estate LLC, you will be at the forefront of driving our digital paid media growth. As part of our team in Dubai, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, closely coordinating with the Head of Marketing and creative teams. Your mission will be to design, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and YouTube, fueling quality lead generation and maximizing ROAS in the competitive real estate market.
Responsibilities
Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads platforms.
Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to ensure efficient lead generation.
Partner with creative and marketing teams to create impactful ad copy, video scripts, and campaign concepts.
Implement, test, and ensure the accuracy of tracking and attribution systems.
Analyze campaign data, continuously optimizing for lower CPL, higher ROAS, increased CTR, conversions, and lead quality.
Plan and execute A/B tests across audiences, creatives, and funnel elements to identify best-performing configurations.
Scale high-performing campaigns and dynamically allocate budgets for optimum results.
Stay current on digital advertising platform policies, legislation, and industry trends.
Identify, explore, and test new lead-generation ad platforms such as LinkedIn and TikTok.
Prepare detailed campaign performance reports and insights for ongoing management evaluation.
Requirements for the Role
Proven track record in managing and optimizing paid digital campaigns across Facebook, Google, and YouTube.
Strong analytical acumen to interpret campaign data and derive actionable insights.
Thorough understanding of digital advertising audience targeting, bidding methodologies, and platform compliance.
Experience collaborating effectively with creative, copy, and marketing professionals.
Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail in tracking, analysis, and reporting.
Knowledge of latest trends in digital marketing, with an eagerness to adapt and learn new platforms.
Ability to thrive under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
