As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling paid media campaigns across

Meta

,

TikTok

,

Google

, and other emerging platforms.
You must have a strong understanding of

ROAS-focused strategies

,

ad copywriting

, and

ad creative advisory

to help drive massive results for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google, and other channels. Create or guide on

high-converting ad copies

and

ad creatives

. Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copies, and audiences. Prepare regular reports highlighting performance, insights, and optimization strategies. Maintain a strong focus on

ROAS, CPA, CTR

, and other key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

Strong track record of managing campaigns with strong ROI on Meta and TikTok (Google Ads experience is a plus).

5+ years

of hands-on experience in performance marketing. Native or fluent

Arabic and English

speaker. Strong understanding of audience segmentation, media buying, and funnel strategies. Solid skills in writing

ad copies

that drive clicks and conversions. Ability to advise and collaborate on

creative production

(especially short-form video ads). Self-motivated, results-oriented, and obsessed with scaling winning campaigns.
