We are partnering with a leading player in the B2C financial services sector in Dubai, seeking a talented and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join their dynamic marketing team. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving and executing comprehensive marketing strategies with a primary focus on traffic and lead generation.

Responsibilities

PPC Campaign Management:

\xc2\xb7 Strategize, execute, and optimize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract targeted traffic.

Social Media Marketing and Account Management:

\xc2\xb7 Oversee and expand the social media presence across various platforms.

\xc2\xb7 Devise and implement engaging social media campaigns to broaden our audience.

Online Events (Webinars):

\xc2\xb7 Plan and execute online events, including webinars, to captivate our target audience and generate valuable leads.

Lead Generation:

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the Marketing Director to implement effective strategies for generating high-quality leads.

\xc2\xb7 Continuously optimize campaigns for maximum impact.

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and track conversion rates.

SEO:

\xc2\xb7 Conduct writing and editing for SEO optimization.

\xc2\xb7 Utilize analytics tools to refine SEO strategies.

Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in performance marketing

\xc2\xb7 Experience within the financial services sector is advantageous.

\xc2\xb7 Prior experience in a Lead Generation-driven marketing department is preferred.

\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in content creation across various formats.

\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with marketing automation tools.

\xc2\xb7 Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics.

\xc2\xb7 SEO expertise.
