To boost our growth, we are now looking for an energetic, skillful, ethical Digital Performance Marketing Manager to join our Digital Marketing Team!Main Responsibilities:Develop strategy and manage new user acquisition, and retargeting campaigns on paid social (i.e., Facebook, Google, Instagram, Snapchat, Tik-Tok) and ad network platforms.Lead the optimization efforts across creative, geo, platform, and channel to maximize returns and deliver performance at scaleDevelop relationships with advertising partners and networks to test new traffic sourcesConduct industry research and present actionable findingsWork collaboratively with the creative team to support the creative direction of our advertising asset needs to ensure top performanceRequired Skills & Experience:Bachelor's / Master's Degree in IT/Communication or Digital Marketing from a reputed University.5+ years' experience in a performance of digital marketing roleDemonstrated experience with campaign management on top ad networks/channelsStrong, problem solving, and critical-thinking skills, and experience working in a metrics-based environmentExperience - and a desire - to do both strategic planning and day-to-day execution/optimizationOutstanding ability to execute swiftly, with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlinesBonus: Experience scaling up mobile apps or fintech experienceHands-on experience with Excel with the ability to pull together data needs from multiple sourcesExperience using Google Data and/or other data visualization platformsExperience working with app install campaignsExperience using Branch.io or other mobile attribution software.Benefits:At Pyypl, we don't just offer jobs but careers.
