Location: On-site (Sharjah) or Remote | Full-time

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to lead paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and more. If you love turning clicks into conversions and thrive on measurable results--this one's for you.
What You'll Do:
- Launch & optimize paid campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.)
- Track CTR, CPA, ROAS & improve performance
- Collaborate on creatives & run A/B tests
- Analyze data via GA4, GTM, Looker Studio
- Share weekly insights & stay ahead of trends
What You Bring:
- 1-2 years in performance marketing
- Strong with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4
- Analytical mindset + clear communication
- Bonus: TikTok/LinkedIn Ads, Canva/Figma, SQL
