We are currently seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will support in strategic planning, budget allocation, and high-level campaign analysis. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of performance marketing strategies to drive client acquisition, retention, and overall business growth. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to allocate budgets effectively across various campaigns and channels. Conduct high-level analysis of campaign performance, generating insights to inform future strategies and optimizations. Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on best practices in campaign execution, analysis, and reporting. Maintain strong relationships with international clients, facilitating regular meetings to discuss campaign performance, insights, and future strategies. Ensure that all marketing initiatives align with client objectives and the overall business strategy. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and sales, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all campaigns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns for international clients. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in client-facing roles. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc.). Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a passion for developing talent within the team. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
