Performance Marketing Executive

Job Description
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Dubai's real estate market to join our dynamic marketing team.
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms
Analyze data and track key metrics to drive lead generation and conversion
Collaborate with the content and design teams for high-impact creatives
Manage marketing budgets and ensure a high return on ad spend (ROAS)
Stay updated on market trends, targeting strategies, and platform updates
Requirements
3+ years experience in performance marketing within the real estate industry (Dubai market preferred) Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid media tools Proven track record in lead generation and CPL optimization Familiar with real estate CRM systems and funnel tracking Strategic mindset with excellent analytical skills
