We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Performance Marketing Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing and optimizing
Google Ads campaigns
and other paid media channels to drive sales and achieve measurable business growth. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, creativity in campaign execution, and a data-driven approach to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management:
Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) to drive qualified traffic and sales.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation.
Optimization & Performance Tracking:
Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and creatives to maximize ROI.
Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track, measure, and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rates).
Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for management.
Collaboration & Strategy:
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align paid campaigns with business objectives.
Suggest growth strategies and identify new opportunities in performance marketing channels.
Budget Management:
Manage allocated ad spend effectively and ensure campaigns are cost-efficient.
Forecast campaign performance and recommend budget adjustments when needed.
Market Research:
Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in Google Ads and digital marketing.
Research competitor campaigns and identify opportunities to outperform them.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience (1-2 years) in managing
Google Ads campaigns
with a track record of driving sales/conversions.
Strong knowledge of
PPC, SEM, and performance marketing metrics.
Hands-on experience with tools like
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and Search Console.
Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns.
Good communication and reporting skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
