What We're Looking For

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Paid Media and Digital Marketing in a Luxury Hotel, Events, or Nightlife Environment is preferred. Proven track record of Experience in managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other Major Digital Platforms. Possesses the Confidence and Precision to manage Paid Media Budgets across digital channels, continuously optimising campaigns to Amplify direct booking performance. Demonstrates a Bold understanding of audience segmentation, targeting precision, and conversion tracking, with the ability to Translate Metrics into Magnetic Outcomes. Brings sharp Analytical Skills and confidently Reports on performance metrics, including Click-Through Rate (CTR), Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS), and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), fuelling Data-Led decision-making. Highly Proficient in using Digital Performance platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and SEMrush or comparable tools, extracting insight-rich dashboards to power Exponential Growth. Comfortable navigating and updating curated content across Content Management System (CMS) platforms, including WordPress and Shopify, ensuring FIVE's digital spaces reflect Accuracy and Brand Consistency. Is flexible and energised by Occasional or Extended Travel opportunities, especially to Spain, to support campaign launches, on-ground activations, and 'FIVE-Styled' event rollouts. Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (Additional languages like Spanish are a Plus). Sensational Teamwork and Collaboration skills to work effectively within a group and across departments with Fellow 'FIVERs.' A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a 'Can-Do!' Spirit.

Key Responsibilities

Launches and optimises High-Voltage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms, all tailored to energise Rooms and Event Performance. Supports the planning and execution of Electrifying hospitality and event campaigns that drive bookings, awareness, and Unmatched Guest Engagement. Monitors campaign performance daily and fine-tunes strategies in Real Time to exceed FIVE's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and conversions. Partners with the Creative, Marketing, and E-Commerce Teams to Align on campaign objectives, content delivery, and cross-platform synergies. Analyses campaign outcomes and delivers Dynamic Performance Reports packed with actionable insights, fuelling Continuous Optimisation. Assists with content updates across FIVE's Digital Ecosystem, including website pages and landing experiences, to ensure Seamless User Journeys. Supports media buying initiatives by coordinating with External Vendors and Partners, ensuring Efficient execution and budget Precision. Champions Brand Consistency and Premium Guest Experience across all digital touchpoints, amplifying FIVE's Disruptive identity in every interaction.
