  • Develop and drive a performance marketing strategy that aligns with business goals, such as revenue growth, customer acquisition and retention, and brand awareness.
  • Manage the agency on a day to day basis on paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including search (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.), display (Google Display Network, programmatic advertising, etc.), social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using metrics such as ROI, CPA, and conversion rate to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as product and content, to ensure that campaigns are aligned with overall business goals and strategies and that the company\'s offerings are accurately represented.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest performance marketing trends and best practices and make recommendations for new channels and tactics to drive acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Identify and test new channels and tactics to drive acquisition and revenue growth, such as retargeting, email marketing, and video advertising.
  • Plans and develops social media calendars for the social media account.
  • Research, brainstorms, and writes social media posts\' copy/captions.
  • Writes content for the various social media channels, keeping in mind the general structure and sentiment of the target audience.
  • Plans social media creatives with the help of the photographer and graphic designers.
  • Posts content across social media accounts.
  • Engages with customers on different channels - community management.
  • Manages content on the website with the help of the marketing agency.
Qualifications:
  • Proven working experience as a Performance Marketing Executive for a minimum of 3 years, with a track record of driving revenue and acquiring new customers through paid advertising campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of various performance marketing channels and tactics, including search, display, social media, and affiliate marketing.
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to make data-driven decisions, with experience in A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
  • Strong command of English Language.
  • Knowledge of website optimization and testing methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience in furniture business is a plus.
Salary: 10,000 AED
