Scope

The Performance Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing paid digital marketing campaigns that help to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales for Knight Frank Middle East.

As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, improve conversion rates, and maximize return on investment (ROI).

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paid marketing channels, including SEM, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media advertising - LinkedIn ads, Meta ads, Google ads, Tik Tok Ads, Display ads, affiliate, and email content marketing.

The Performance Marketing Executive will plan and manage paid ad campaigns for different service lines at Knight Frank MEA and have a strong understanding of marketing funnel approach. Experience creating and running lead generation ads on Facebook, Google, Snapchat and Tik Tok.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing
  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, including but not limited to search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, paid social media, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.
  • Formulate media plans in response to the latest audience figures and historical campaign data, be it on Google Network, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, 3rd Party Publications, etc.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audience segments and develop customer personas.
  • Strategize, plan, execute Creative Strategy for all digital marketing channels; identify creative optimizations.
  • Own end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns while liaising across functions - Creative, Product, Analytics, Categories and Tech.
  • Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization.
  • Digital Media Buys for campaigns in order to optimize the spends to meet the target.
  • Measure KPIs on every campaign and report on a regular basis. Develop integrated digital media strategies.
  • Optimize digital advertising campaigns to maximize key performance indicators (KPIs), such as Cost per lead (CPL), click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools, provide actionable insights, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and development teams, to ensure effective execution of campaigns and maintain brand consistency.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, budget utilization, and ROI for management review.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing, and implement them into the marketing strategies.
Professional Experience and Personal Skills Profile
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, or a similar role, preferably within Real Estate Consulting.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing marketing campaigns to meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies is a plus.
