Responsibilities:
Weatherford are looking for an experienced Performance Engineer with a background in Drilling.

Your duties & responsibilities will include:

Maintaining & Tracking Non Productive Time (NPT) reports
Maintain by vendor and by phase NPT charts to continue to highlight vendors and well phases that require focus for the project team
Work closely with Project Management team to open CPI events as necessary
Work with Project Management to ensure all WMS compliance issues are being met
Report & Present on EOM ROO review, Financial Internal Review etc
Continue to support the installation of use of Open Wells
Monitor the drilling performance by maintaining project spreadsheets
Monitor and track performance variance
Establish KPI's for the project
Participate in the collection of lessons learned
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 /5 years experience as Engineer at a senior level
  • Engineering degree or higher level for at least two years with another Service Company. Preferred degree within Petroleum-, Mechanical-, Chemical- or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience of creating and managed performance reports including DDR Reports
  • Creation and monitoring of KPI's
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Advanced level in Excel
  • Fluent in English
