PDR Technician (Paintless Dent Repair)
to join our team.
What You'll Do:
Perform paintless dent repair on vehicles using specialized PDR tools and techniques.
Remove dents, dings, and hail damage while preserving the original paint finish.
Assess vehicle damage and determine the best repair approach.
Work closely with painters, detailers, and other technicians to ensure seamless results.
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment.
Ensure all repairs meet high-quality standards and customer expectations.
What We're Looking For:
At least 2 years of proven experience as a
PDR Technician
.
Strong expertise in paintless dent removal on various vehicle makes and models.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop environment.
Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
