Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing dents, dings, and minor body damage on vehicles without the need for painting or extensive bodywork. The PDR Technician must have excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and expertise in utilizing specialized PDR tools and techniques. Key Responsibilities: ? Perform paintless dent repairs on vehicles to restore them to their original condition. ? Assess and evaluate dent severity, size, and repair feasibility. ? Use PDR tools and techniques to massage and manipulate dents out of the vehicle's body panels. ? Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. ? Maintain a clean and organized work area. ? Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies. ? Work efficiently to meet daily and weekly repair targets. ? Collaborate with the body shop team and provide support when needed. ? Keep up to date with latest PDR techniques and industry standards. Qualifications & Skills: ? Proven experience as a PDR Technician or in a similar automotive repair role. ? Strong knowledge of automotive body repair and paintless dent removal techniques. ? Ability to use PDR tools and equipment effectively. ? Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. ? Good problem-solving skills and ability to assess repair feasibility. ? Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. ? Certification in PDR techniques from a recognized institution.

Salary Package - AED 3000 to AED 4000
