Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced PC/Laptop Service Technician to join our technical team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of diagnosing and repairing hardware/software issues in desktops and laptops.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software issues on PCs and laptops Perform component-level repairs and upgrades Provide onsite and remote technical support Maintain proper documentation of service reports Ensure timely completion of service tasks and client satisfaction
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant hands-on experience Strong knowledge of Windows OS, drivers, hardware components, and diagnostic tools Ability to work independently and handle customer interactions professionally Own tools preferred (optional) Freelance Visa / Own Visa (Company visa can be provided after probation if required)
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: AED 2,000 - 3,000/month (based on experience) Performance-based bonus Transport Allowance Call and Data Allowance provided
